How can I book an appointment?

By clicking "book your massage" in the navigation. You'll be redirected to a booking system. You must make an account when you book your appointment. First time clients must pre-pay with credit or debit card :)

Where are you located?

In Rallo Chiropractic Center in Old Bridge, NJ.

2698 Rt 516 Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Suite C.
My office is currently in Dr. Rallo's office, the perfect complement to a massage therapist!
My hours are Monday-Friday 9-6.

Mondays and Wednesdays I am open until 8 PM, but evenings must be approved by me (Julie). Contact julie@feelsoulwell.com

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Come in ready to feel your best! Limit your jewelry and scented perfumes/colognes/lotions.

What is your return policy? (Massage/Reiki)

All sales are final. 
In the event you must cancel, I request that you give me at least 4 hours' notice. If you canceling within 4 hours or don't show up for your appointment, payment for your service in the full amount will be expected. 
My work and pay are based on appointments and failing to show up or last-minute cancelations prevents me from being able to fill that spot with another client, thus affecting my income. Hope you understand.

What's your return policy (Clothing)

All sales are final.

We do not accept any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders. Clothing and items are made to order per customer order. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact me with any further questions before ordering via julie@feelsoulwell.com.)


Soul Well operates with Printful, a custom print-on-demand company.

Soul Well LLC and Printful will review return/exchange request ONLY if the item was either A. Damaged or B. Made in error. 

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

Check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, I’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, though it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at julie@feelsoulwell.com noting your order number. I’ll see what can be done.

Would you come to my house to massage me?

No. I am not a mobile service. All Massage and Reiki services are in-office by appointment only.

How does coaching work?

Personalized coaching include 1:1 sessions. sessions can be either in person at my office or via telephone/video chat.
